GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WINES

WHITES
They are mainly made from Verdejo grapes. As the participation of this grape increases (from Rueda to Rueda Verdejo) a more characteristic style is obtained. Straw-greenish in color, they offer fine and elegant, fruity aromas, with hints of fennel, mint and apple. In the mouth they are fresh, fruity and with a characteristic bitter mouthfeel that contrasts with the sensation of ripe grapes, sweetness and freshness. Those made with Sauvignon Blanc have citric and balsamic touches and a more marked acidity that provides greater freshness. It is also common to find exuberant hints of tropical fruit.

RED WINE
They are mainly based on Tempranillo grapes. They are quite intense cherry colored, fruity, fleshy and tasty; they can remind us of the red wines from Cigales.

SPARKLING WINE
Made by the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle. Fresh and with hints of yeast, although in general somewhat heavier than the cavas.
