HOW CAN I BUY THE PRINTED GUIDE?

To buy any of the products of the Peñín Guide you just have to click on the "SHOP" section and select the edition you wish to purchase. Complete all the contact, shipping and billing information and check the shipping costs before finalizing the purchase (shipping within the Peninsula is free).

I HAVE BOUGHT A GUIDE AND IT HAS ARRIVED IN BAD CONDITION, IT HAS NOT ARRIVED OR I WANT TO RETURN IT... HOW CAN I CLAIM OR RETURN IT?

If you have purchased any of our books and wish to return it, please note that you can do so as long as the original packaging has not been opened. If your complaint is related to a printing defect or because the Guide has arrived damaged, you can request to replace it with a new one. In any of the above cases, or if you have not received your order, you can contact us through the form on our website or by sending an email to contacto@guiapenin.com.
