GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WINES

WHITES
In general, those of the autochthonous Catalan varieties, macabeo, xarel.lo and parellada, predominate. They are straw yellow in color, fresh and fruity on the nose; in the mouth they are quite light and easy to drink. Some Chardonnay wines can also be found with a little more fruit expression typical of the variety, but not too much, as they usually come from vineyards with high yields.

ROSÉS
They are quite modern in style, most of them have a pinkish or raspberry-pinkish color and the aroma is fresh and fruity, with hints of red fruits; in the mouth, light and correct.

RED WINE
They can be made with native grapes, especially ull de llebre (tempranillo) and garnacha. Cherry-colored, they are usually fruity on the nose with notes of wild fruits; fruity on the mouth, not too full-bodied, but pleasant to drink. There are also examples of foreign varieties, especially cabernet, in which balsamic and sometimes vegetal notes may appear and which have greater structure on the palate.
