DESCRIPTION
The province of Córdoba is geographically speaking the heart of the country. It is bordered to the north by the province of Catamarca and Santiago del Estero, to the east by Santa Fe, to the south by La Pampa and Buenos Aires, and to the west by San Luis and La Rioja. In Córdoba, mountains, valleys and plains coexist, although the plains are the predominant areas of the region. The wines of this province have a low alcohol content, in most cases not exceeding 13 degrees, due in part to the thermal moderation and the coincidence of the rains with the vegetative process of the grapes during the summer.
