Illes Balears Vino de la Tierra / I.G.P.

SITUATION

Includes all the municipalities of the Balearic Islands. It covers an area of 4,992 km2 and encompasses the islands of Mallorca, Menorca, Eivissa, Formentera and Cabrera. Accepted white grapes are: Moll, Chardonnay, Macabeo, Malvasia, Muscat of Alexandria, Muscat of Small Grain, Parellada, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc. Accepted reds being: Callet, Manto Negro, Fogoneu, Monastrell, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Tempranillo and Pinot Noir.
