GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WINES

WHITES
They are made from a wide range of varieties. Airén wines are fresh and slightly fruity, sometimes with notes of tropical fruits (melon, banana, pineapple) and somewhat limited in the mouth. Those made from macabeo are somewhat more balanced and well-balanced, fruity, fresh and very pleasant to drink.
ROSÉS
They can range in color from onion skin to pinkish; fresh and fruity on the nose; soft and very light on the palate.
RED WINE
Based on cencibel, they are mostly young red wines of good color, fresh, fruity and with varietal character on the nose; in the mouth they are fleshy and quite tasty. Those aged in oak maintain these characteristics, but softened by the contribution of the barrel. The Reservas and Gran Reservas follow the line of traditional Rioja wines.
