Merseguera
Synonyms: verdosilla, exquitsagós, escañavella, verema blanca.
It is a variety of high vigor and high fertility. The cycle is long, with early budding and late ripening. Being a long-cycle variety, it adapts very well to warm and Mediterranean climates such as Valencia or Alicante, where it is currently most developed.
The wines obtained from it are light, fresh and with good acidity. Although in their youth they are simple and light, they have aging potential, behaving very well over the years.
