GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WINES

WHITES
They have a strong Mediterranean character, with notes reminiscent of mountain herbs. Straw yellow in color, they are fruity and tasty in the mouth. They are surprisingly fresh despite being purely Mediterranean wines.

ROSÉS
Most of them have a color ranging from salmon to raspberry. They are fresh, fruity, light and pleasant to drink.

RED WINE
The most characteristic are the young ones. They have a cherry color and are fruity, tasty and with a slightly warm touch due to their Mediterranean influence, although much less fleshy and powerful than those from Montsant. .

TRADITIONAL WINES
These are the liqueur wines (sweet) and the so-called dry rancios, with a graduation between 13.5 and 23°, and the generosos (dry) which are between 14 and 23°. Some are also subjected to traditional criaderas and soleras processes. The aromatic palette of these wines is very broad. They alternate smoky nuances with notes of varnish, coffee, candied fruit, bitter almonds and even hints of honey, depending on the type of wine.
