GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WINES

WHITES
They are fresh and with a slight wild background of malvasia, very tasty, good alcoholic content, but with a refreshing acidity.

RED WINE
They are intense in color, with a powerful aroma and flavor and a certain complexity, due to the high proportion of old vines, with a slightly more marked acidity than the wines of Toro, given the higher altitude of its vineyards and soils with greater moisture retention.
