Valles de Sadacia Vino de la Tierra / I.G.P.

SituaTION

A designation created to include the wines made from the grape variety known as moscatel riojana, which was practically lost with the phylloxera bug and has been recuperated to produce both “vino de licor” and normal white moscatel. Depending on winemaking, the latter may either be dry, semi-dry or sweet. The vineyards that belong to this VT I.G.P.are mainly located in the south-western part of the region, in the Sadacia and Cidacos river valleys, overall a very suitable territory for vine growing purposes.
