GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WINES

WHITES
Young and barrel-fermented whites are produced. The latter, mainly based on chardonnay, are golden in color, with creamy and toasted aromas well combined with the fruity character of the variety. The sweet, small-grain Muscat-based wines have honeyed aromas and are fresh, tasty and complex in the mouth.

ROSÉS
Mostly made from Grenache, but there are also examples made from Tempranillo or Cabernet Sauvignon. The most typical are those with an intense raspberry-pink color, very fresh, fruity, with a great red fruit character; in the mouth, balanced, tasty and fruity. In addition, more and more pale pink rosés are being produced, less exuberant than the first ones, but also with a characteristic freshness and acidity.

REDS
It is determined by the variety and the place where the vineyard is located. In the north the wines (mainly Tempranillo) will be fresher and more sour, while in the south (Garnacha) the fruit is riper and smoother in the mouth, with well-defined balsamic and varietal nuances.
