GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WINES

WHITES
The predominant variety is macabeo, with a greenish straw color, fresh in the mouth, with a pleasant acidity and aromas reminiscent of green apple and white flowers. Other varieties used are sauvignon blanc, where citric nuances accompanied by balsamic traits and good acidity are appreciated, and chardonnay, usually used in barrel-aged white wines.

ROSÉS
Historically made with the native variety bobal, these wines have a bright color, intense red fruit aromas and light acidity. It is common to find varieties such as cabernet sauvignon or garnacha, which contribute light balsamic and floral nuances to the final wine.

RED WINE
The red wines of the bobal variety, traditionally and mainly cultivated in the whole territory, dominate. These wines are characterized by their intense color and powerful structure and volume, harmonized with sensations in the mouth and nose reminiscent of ripe red fruit. Their time in oak adds hints of dried fruit, licorice and spices. In addition to bobal, the area has plantations of other varieties that we will find mainly in the vineyards chosen by each winery.
