Classics never fail, your trusted wine?

Malleolus, from the Emilio Moro winery, is always a perfect choice. With this wine I keep in mind the effort of my friend José Moro's family and the care for the land and its fruits.

A tapa (or dish) that represents you?

I am very simple: lots of bellota ham, I could live on ham!

Here we are very much into bars, the bar of your life?

"El Ancla", in Tarifa, because every time I visit it and chat with Manolo about the catch of the day, I feel at home.

Who would be your dream to have a drink with? Either dead or alive...

The dead are better on the couch, to talk without distractions. Among the living, Margaret Atwood, whom I believe has a very privileged mind.
