GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WINES
WHITES
Straw yellow in color. They are characterized by their wild, fruity features, hints of mountain herbs and very Mediterranean character; in the best ones, where the personality of the local prensal grape stands out, great complexity of nuances and excellent balance in the mouth are also achieved.
ROSÉS
Of a pinkish color, they are characterized by their notes of ripe fruit, typical of vineyards that have received a great deal of sunlight.
RED WINE
These are the most characteristic of the area and represent almost three quarters of the region's production. They are young and, above all, crianza wines. Their character is determined by the peculiarities of the native manto negro variety, which provides aromas of ripe fruit and caramelized touches; on the palate, the wines present a good balance and are quite persistent.
