Reds: listán negro, negramoll, baboso negro and verijadiego negro.
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WINES
WHITES
They are the most characteristic product of the island. They are made, above all, from the verijadiego and listán blanco varieties. They have a straw yellow color; they are quite fresh and fruity and sometimes offer notes of tropical fruits.
ROSÉS
They are characterized by a raspberry-orange color and are quite fresh and fruity.
REDS
In general, the reds are very marked by the volcanic soils of the island, by a very pronounced fruity expression and by low levels of alcohol.
