Pork Cheeks with pumpkin sauce

Ingredients
- 700 grs pork cheeks
- 100 grs peppers
- 100 grs onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 600 grs pumpkin
- 1 glass of red wine
- 1 bay leaf
- Black pepper
- Salt
Preparation
- Chop and clean the onion and peppers.
- Put a little oil in the bottom of the pressure cooker and cook. Meanwhile, peel and chop the garlic. Add it to the previous mixture when they are half cooked.
- Once ready, add the meat. Season with salt and pepper and fry everything together.
- Cut the pumpkin and add it to the meat.
- Add a glass of red wine, a little more salt and pepper, a bay leaf and cover with water.
- Close the pot and turn the heat to maximum power. When the steam comes out, lower the heat and leave for 30 minutes.
- Remove the meat and blend the vegetables in a blender to obtain a purée. If you like it thick, remove some of the stock first.
